Room reservations are confirmed only once you receive written confirmation from our reservations team. Rates are quoted per room per night, exclusive of taxes and resort fees unless stated otherwise. A valid payment card is required to guarantee a booking.
Flexible-rate bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged one night's stay. Promotional and non-refundable rates carry their own conditions, shown at the time of booking.
Access to the gaming floor, poker room and high-limit salon is restricted to persons aged 21 and over with valid government-issued photo ID. Prime Pot promotes responsible gaming; self-exclusion and support resources are available from any floor manager or the concierge.
Guests are expected to treat fellow guests, colleagues and the property with respect. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a stay without refund where conduct is abusive, unlawful or unsafe.
To the extent permitted by law, Prime Pot is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or from events beyond our reasonable control.
